Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED is required.
• Ability to work well with others and provide good member service.

• Perform teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, and transfers.
• Open and close accounts; process payroll deductions and direct deposits; provide product information and resolve issues.
• Greet members in person and by phone; promote campaigns and referral opportunities; answer questions about services.
