Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 1 year to 24 months of customer service and/or cash handling experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver consistently strong service.
• Cash handling or teller experience preferred; Symitar knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and promptly (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, checks, etc.).
• Provide courteous service and handle member inquiries in person, by phone, or by mail.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and generate referrals to partners.
• Balance daily work and maintain cash drawer per policy.
• Comply with laws and Credit Union procedures (e.g., Regulation CC, BSA).
• Perform clerical duties and maintain accurate records/files.
• Be flexible to work at any location as needed and participate in development programs.
• Support teamwork and commitment to sales and service excellence.
