Job summary

IHMVCU is seeking a Branch Supervisor in DeWitt, IA to lead branch operations and coach a team of Universal Tellers, focusing on exceptional member service and policy familiarity. The role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and confidential handling of member and staff matters.

Responsibilities include daily vault and cash handling tasks, coaching sessions, and maintaining a productive, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; education in finance, business or related field is a plus.
• Prior leadership within a financial institution, customer service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong history of proven relationship building performance.
• Exceptional member service, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Professional interpersonal communications and ability to motivate and coach the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch operations run smoothly (vault/cash drawer balancing, coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, debit card machine).
• Develop Universal Tellers and inform them about policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular coaching and energy the team to succeed.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
