Job summary

Landmark Credit Union in Milwaukee seeks a Branch Supervisor to assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, ensure quality service, manage workflows, and cover leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience in a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating branch staff.
• Ensure high quality, efficient, friendly, professional member service.
• Oversee scheduling, cash ordering, and workflow in the branch.
• Perform duties as a PFO as needed to provide optimum member service.
• Complete monthly logs and support training at HQ or off-site if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
