Graybar Electric Company in Minot, ND, is seeking a Branch Supervisor to strengthen customer relationships and maximize sales and gross margin. You will develop the counter area, manage inventory, and promote products and services to meet branch goals.

The role requires 3+ years in related fields, with 4+ years in supervisory positions preferred, and a 4-year degree preferred. SAP and MS Office proficiency are expected, and travel is required.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance.
• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience in related fields.
• 4-year degree in business, management, administration, or finance preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement.
• Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company's customer service policy.
• Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and Company objectives.
• Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location.
• Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.
