The role requires 3+ years in related fields and a preferred 4-year degree in business or management, with experience in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance.
• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience in related roles.
• 4 year degree preferred in business, management, administration, or finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain counter area with effective inventory management and strategic product placement.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships to maximize sales and gross margin.
• Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and company objectives.
• Provide or establish training plans for all employees at the location and schedule promotional activities with suppliers.
