Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain counter area through inventory management and strategic product placement.
• Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and company policy.
• Achieve market penetration to meet branch, district, and company objectives.
• Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location.
• Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.
