Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training for Branch Supervisor I.
• Minimum 4 years progressive experience in retail banking with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role for Branch Supervisor II.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operational procedures.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Universal Bankers and staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Manages customer relationships and resolves service issues to improve satisfaction.
• Drives sales culture through staff development and coaching.
• Ensures adherence to bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Assists in monitoring branch profitability and budget management.
• Oversees new account openings and wire transfers documentation.
