Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training for Branch Supervisor I
• Demonstrates ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operational procedures
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise universal bankers and manage daily work schedules, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage customer relationships and resolve issues to improve service
• Inspire a sales culture through staff development and coaching
• Review and approve overdraft reports and assist in monitoring branch profitability and budget
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Lead promotional campaigns and product initiatives for the branch
• Foster career advancement through staff development and One-on-One coaching
