Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor to ensure exceptional member experience and operational integrity at the Middletown branch. You will lead, coach, and develop staff while driving efficiency and adherence to procedures.

The role involves supervising daily operations, audits, and compliance, with a focus on leveraging digital channels and promoting HVCU products to boost branch profitability. Experience in teller/cash handling and supervisory roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NYS Notary Public license required.
• NMLS registration required.
• 2+ years teller or cash handling experience in financial/retail setting required.
• 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop employees; build engagement through coaching and reinforcement of values.
• Supervise day-to-day branch activities while delivering high level member service.
• Ensure procedures are followed and train staff to resolve operational issues and adjustments.
• Oversee branch audits, security checks and regulatory compliance to manage risk.
• Promote products/services to support branch profitability and achieve goals.
• Provide budget input and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
