Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Notary Public license within 6 months of independence.
• NMLS registration required; strong regulatory compliance background.
• Minimum 2 years Teller or cash handling experience; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop employees; build engagement through coaching and values.
• Supervise day-to-day branch operations and ensure high level member service.
• Ensure procedures are followed; manage risk and regulatory compliance.
• Set expectations to promote products/services and branch profitability.
• Coach staff to expand use of Online Banking, Bill Pay and other digital channels.
