Responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians and oversee the Service Department's profitability.
• Provide technical and engineering support for installations, start-up, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Assist in generating quotes for service repairs and maintenance agreements.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive Service Technician training program.
• Coordinate with the sales force to ensure proper installation and design.
• Maintain the parts department including inventory.
