Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking a Branch Service Technician for the Bakersfield, CA area. You will professionally install, maintain and repair customer compressed air equipment within the assigned branch territory and respond to after-hours emergencies when necessary.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls understanding, plus good communication and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.

• Aptitude to learn mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair customer compressed air equipment in the Bakersfield branch.
• Analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls subsystems to identify root causes and solutions.
• Provide maintenance interval and system improvement recommendations.
