Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Under the direct management of the Branch Manager, the Branch Service Representative II performs a variety of branch operational functions. This individual has a strong understanding of banking products and services designed for both business and consumer customers and is capable of independently handling routine and non‑complex tasks with general guidance from management. Employees are expected to embrace the organization’s mission and values and incorporate them into their daily customer and team interactions.
Provide backup support for other branch service representatives as needed.
Candidates should understand and adhere to applicable state and federal laws and regulations affecting the financial services industry, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering requirements, Customer Identification Program requirements, customer privacy regulations, and the Community Reinvestment Act.
