Job summary

Texas Bank and Trust is seeking a Branch Services Representative to be at the heart of the customer experience, guiding clients toward financial goals with precision in every transaction. You will help across departments to enhance customers’ financial wellbeing and foster loyalty through personalized service.

Execute deposits and teller transactions accurately, identify service opportunities, and adhere to security protocols while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of bank products and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing and solutions-based role.
• Knowledge of basic math calculations, especially in relation to cash, bills, etc.
• Basic computer and typing skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Collaborative and solutions-oriented communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear communication.
• Ability to effectively utilize resources available to accurately and efficiently solve problems.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus, though not essential for the role.
• A service-oriented relationship builder with an efficient and precise work ethic.
