Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams, delivering outstanding service to commercial customers. You will manage scheduling, regulatory compliance, and team performance while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role offers base pay with bonus potential, company vehicle, and extensive benefits. Candidates should have an associate degree or higher and be willing to relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and valid driver’s license are requirements.
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• You lead and motivate others effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Build rapport with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including cancelation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training of local sales and service teams.
