Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Service Manager to lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams, ensuring outstanding service delivery and customer satisfaction across branches. You will manage scheduling, compliance, training, and performance while supporting growth opportunities within the Rentokil family.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on safety and rapport with customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; a four-year degree highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the resident state.
• 1–2 years of related experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams and communicate clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; able to solve problems.
• Comfort with working outdoors and in crawl spaces when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate local Pest Technician teams to deliver high‑quality Terminix service.
• Oversee branch scheduling and ensure routes are completed efficiently.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellations.
• Monitor pest tech performance and inventory levels; manage training.
