Terminix in Boston, MA is seeking a Service Manager to lead local Pest Technician Teams and drive outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to our customers. You will manage routes, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and oversee inventory while supporting training and career growth within the Rentokil family.

You will lead field operations, respond to customer concerns, monitor performance, and ensure high levels of satisfaction across residential accounts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• An associate’s degree is required; a four year degree is highly desirable.
• Willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
• Strong communications skills in writing and speaking.
• Ability to lead and motivate others and build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail oriented with a focus on safety and practical problem solving.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces/attics as needed.
• 1–2 years of related experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring branch scheduling and ensuring pest tech routes are successfully completed.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Responding to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests.
• Inspecting and evaluating the performance of Pest Technicians.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of pest control products.
• Facilitating continual training of local sales and service teams.
