Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead in a dynamic field setting; relocation may be desirable.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree is required or highly desirable.
• A four year degree is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns including cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate training of local sales and service teams.
