Job summary

ASCO Equipment in Manor/Austin area is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service Department, collaborate with the Branch Manager, and drive safety, uptime, and revenue growth for a long-standing, family-owned equipment dealer.

You will recruit, train, and develop technicians, oversee repairs and quotes, manage warranty activity, and maintain proactive communication with customers to meet their needs and support company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in service department operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to meet customer needs.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting, training, and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Service Department with focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager, Parts Manager, and Sales Manager to achieve goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop technicians and support staff.
• Monitor technician training and development opportunities.
