The role focuses on driving revenue and gross margin growth, coordinating maintenance, repairs, and warranty work while ensuring safety and professionalism across all service activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a service department.
• 5+ years with P&L responsibility and profitability.
• Proven track record in scheduling and managing field technicians.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and equipment repair skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in computer systems and service operations software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the branch service department and oversee technicians and mechanics in the shop and in the field.
• Coordinate cost-effective, reliable service for customers while prioritizing safety, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Schedule repairs, assign mechanics, and set work order priorities to ensure timely completion.
• Drive revenue growth and improve gross margin through profitable service operations.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales Support, Credit to support achievement of results.
