The Branch Service Manager (BSM) is a player-coach role, acting as the primary liaison between the Complex management team and the branch on operational matters. The expected salary range is $45,000-$75,000, depending on experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. You may earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program based on performance and individual goals.
