Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Service Officer in Nashville to lead a team of Support Professionals and Service Professionals, ensuring service excellence and compliance with firm policies. The role reports to the Market Business Service Officer and partners with Sales, Risk and HR to execute strategic service initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, active securities licenses, and proven supervisory experience, with strong communication and budget management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Active securities licenses required (Series 7, 9, 10; either 66 or 63; and 65).
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Support Professionals and Service Professionals.
• Partner with Market Sales, Risk, HR to deliver service initiatives.
• Manage budgets, travel/eligence expenses and vendor relations.
• Coach, mentor and interview onboarding of new hires.
• Represent Branch in regional/national calls and process improvements.
