Vectra Bank Colorado is seeking a Branch Service Manager for the Boulder Canyon Branch in Boulder, CO. You will oversee branch service, sales and operations, ensuring strong customer service and achievement of branch goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and the referral of bank products, with a focus on resolving client issues and managing staff to deliver personalized financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years experience in retail banking, sales, new accounts, customer service, loan processes or other directly related experience.
• Knowledge of banking industry, processes, procedures, regulations and products.
• Strong customer service, relationships building, sales and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead a group and manage staff effectively.

Responsabilités

• Manage branch service, sales and operations to achieve branch goals in coordination with Branch Manager or Business Center Manager.
• Make weighted recommendations on interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, advancement and termination of employees.
• Train, coach and mentor employees and provide leadership for sale and referral of bank products and services.
• Resolve client service issues and complex client complaints; respond to questions.
• Direct the work of managed employees and set hours if needed.
• Maintain production or sales records for supervision and performance management.
