Vectra Bank Colorado, part of Denver Metro, seeks an experienced Business Banker to provide top-notch banking services to new and existing clients with a focus on sales and service. You’ll manage a portfolio, grow relationships, and meet revenue targets while cross-selling products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or related field required.
• 2+ years commercial lending or related experience or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis and processing.
• Strong sales ability and ability to cross-sell products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with standard software applications (word processing, spreadsheets).
• Ability to manage a small to medium commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Grow, retain and expand a portfolio of existing Business Banking clients.
• Source new customers through referrals and cross-sell banking products.
• Reach revenue goals for region and products.
• Visit client locations regularly and develop relationship plans for each client.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for portfolio growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide solutions as a trusted advisor to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate with resources to meet client requests.
