Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in diesel shop maintenance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associate's degree or Vo-Tech graduate preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication and people management skills.
• Ability to follow company instructions and safety policies (DOT/OSHA).
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Willingness to travel and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventative maintenance scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Listen to and resolve customer complaints
• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel
• Ensure reports align with company objectives
• Develop methods to increase sales, expand markets, promote business
• Direct and supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory-taking, cash handling, or lighting up fuel services
• Provide staff with assistance on difficult duties
• Plan and prepare work schedules and assign duties
• Attend meetings to coordinate with other departments
• Prepare sales and inventory reports for management and budgets
• Formulate pricing policies according to profitability
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
