Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years' experience in fire sprinkler work.
• 5+ years' experience in a management position.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and 25.
• Knowledge of industry standard practices for service, inspections, and design.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs designed to meet or exceed objectives in revenue, sales, margin, and operating income.
• Manage branch service operations according to a financial plan, including operating expenses, AR/collections, manpower, and inventory.
• Identify, select, and develop new and existing customer accounts.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and resolve customer problems.
• Plan a growth strategy and carry it out efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure field work is completed on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
• Set fair and manageable assignments for personnel.
• Develop and train subordinates and enhance training programs.
