Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and Series 10 (SU), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
• Other licenses as required for the role or by management

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing the organization's strategic priorities by coaching for consistency, quality and compliance with Firm policies.
• Supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals.
• Promote cross-training, learning, development and recognition of staff.
• Facilitate interviewing, selection and onboarding of new hires.
• Partner with MBSO and HR on performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Maintain relationships with Branch, Market, Region and Home Office.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings for coaching and career development.
• Manage Support Professionals coverage for Financial Advisors.
• Promote a culture aligned with Firm values.
