Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in daily operation of staff.
• Prepare work schedule and assist with balancing, staff meetings, customer care and concerns.
• Deliver quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Achieve monthly new account production as assigned by upper management.
• Motivate staff to reach retail and new account goals.
• Participate in sales opportunities and business development calls.
• Manage branch operations in the absence of a manager.
• Conduct training for new hires.
• Provide services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
