Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Banking knowledge and sales experience preferred.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services to meet the banking needs of customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology.
• Assist with daily sales activity through branch staff coaching, pre-shift sales huddles, and monitoring sales results.
• Coordinate and complete operational duties, schedule work, monitor workflow, open/close the office, manage vault cash, and ensure policy adherence.
• Perform traditional teller transactions as needed.
• Support risk management by following F.N.B. risk policies and procedures.
