Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year proven retail sales, call center, customer service or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customer conversations.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions and recommend options.
• Engage customers to promote digital banking capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Handle servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the bank’s sales process and provide simplified, customer-focused advice and guidance.
• Proactively reach out to customers to retain and expand relationships.
• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience.
• Lobby management: meet and greet customers and identify needs.
• Introduce appropriate banking partners when suitable opportunities arise.
• Assist AML/BSA/KYC processes and elevate suspected fraud cases.
• Resolve and log customer complaints in the appropriate system.
• Review and resolve overdrafts and complete transactions accurately.
• Complete branch-related operational activities and document interactions.
