Job summary

SouthernCarlson in Canton, GA is seeking a Branch Associate to join our daytime, Monday–Friday team. You will greet customers, handle inquiries, and support sales and branch operations while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes building relationships, recommending solutions, keeping the showroom organized, and assisting sales reps. A high school diploma and 1+ year in sales/customer service are required; bilingual is a plus.

• 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support (warehouse experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of SouthernCarlson by greeting customers and handling inquiries by phone/email.
• Build strong customer relationships by learning needs and recommending solutions.
• Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers, and pulling orders.
• Keep showroom organized, merchandised, and ready to impress.
• Take on a variety of responsibilities, from answering phones to troubleshooting product questions.
