Job summary

SouthernCarlson, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Support for the Chicago, IL location. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday day shift, a hands-on team environment, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide distributor of tools and supplies.

You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, and staging, maintain safety, prep deliveries, and support inventory accuracy. A HS diploma and reliability are required; forklift experience a plus but trainable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, and stage products.
• Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Help with delivery prep and customer order staging.
