APR Supply Co. is seeking a Branch Sales Representative in York, PA to drive sales, nurture existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities. The role involves building relationships, quoting products, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proven sales skills. You’ll work full-time with a competitive benefits package and occasional overtime as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful sales abilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate Eclipse software.
• Proficient written and verbal communications skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, various departments and vendors.
• Self motivated and willing to work with others.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand needs, and foster loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and market share.
• Assist customers in person or by phone and prepare accurate quotations.
• Ensure orders are entered and processed accurately.
• Pick customer orders from warehouse.
• Deliver orders to customer locations as needed.
• Collaborate with customers to meet evolving needs.
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve products or services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions.
• Stay current on product knowledge and market trends.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and benefits.
• Identify improvement areas and implement best practices.
• Monitor health and safety policies in the branch.
• Keep the facility clean, neat, and safe.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
