Job summary

Action Labor & Staffing Connection seeks an experienced Sales/Operations Branch Manager to lead our day labor operations and drive growth in the Dallas market. The role offers a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced, family-owned environment.

Since 1986, the company provides temporary construction and industrial labor with back-office support and national accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some management experience, preferably in staffing, construction, or service industries.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systems.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and businesses.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referral programs.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts for temporary labor services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations including worker dispatch, client coordination, and service delivery.
• Manage worker recruitment, screening, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain records of worker hours, client billing, and branch performance metrics.
