Job summary

Automation Personnel Services – Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Selling Branch Manager to lead the sales and operations of the South Dallas branch. You will drive revenue, strengthen client partnerships, and mentor recruiters to deliver staffing solutions.

This hands-on leadership role requires a proven track record in outside sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to execute strategic plans while traveling to client sites in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Outside sales and business development experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and territory development.
• Confident presenting to business owners, hiring managers, and executives.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch and individual revenue goals.
• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients while expanding existing accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate staffing solutions with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to support healthy client accounts and timely collections.
