Job summary

Complete Labor & Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales and operations in our Brockton, MA market. The role offers a $60K base with uncapped commissions and total compensation potential from $70K to $150K+. You’ll run your own branch, own the territory, and leverage built-in leads and back-office support to drive growth.

You’ll be responsible for B2B outreach, daily branch operations, recruiting and training staff, and maintaining safety and quality while hitting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in staffing, construction, or service industries.
• A proven track record of sales success and client relationship-building.
• Comfort managing a diverse, blue-collar workforce.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
