Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Dallas is seeking a full-time Retail Branch Associate at Automotive Finishes #9749, 8757 Governors Row, Dallas, TX 75247. Work hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, based on business needs.

Job duties include developing branch market plans, supporting sales strategies, product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction, order accuracy, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of work experience in retail, sales, or customer service or have completed a Sherwin-Williams Development Program.
• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing branch market plan based on market conditions, branch mission and financial/budget objectives
• Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Verify customer orders and transactions are completed and documented accurately
• Maintain branch inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
• Support employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action
• Respond to and resolve any customer and/or employee complaints
• Assist in determining staffing needs and develop work schedules
• Analyze management and financial reports, including financial ratios relative to P&L
• Assist with daily bank deposits
