Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Manual handling: lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• At least 1 year of work experience in retail, sales, or customer service or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing branch market plans based on market conditions and budget objectives.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Verify customer orders and transactions are completed accurately.
• Maintain branch inventory levels and safety procedures.
• Support employee training, performance management, and corrective action.
• Respond to and resolve customer and/or staff complaints.
• Assist in staffing needs and creating work schedules.
• Analyze financial reports and P&L-related metrics.
• Assist with daily bank deposits.
