Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances and offer solutions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and perform daily deposits as required.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals.
• Prepare reports and assist Branch Manager as needed.
• Maintain branch compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate operations in the Branch during manager's absence.
• Learn applicable consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet market demand.
