Mariner Finance is hiring for a position focused on providing loan services to customers and achieving branch sales targets. You will review applications, offer loan solutions, and contribute to daily branch operations while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service.

The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and willingness to relocate to nearby branches; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to surrounding branches. Reliable transportation.
• Effective communication (written & oral) and personal computer skills.
• Ability to complete essential duties/functions in a timely, accurate manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.
• Must perform work at the assigned branch location except in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to sales of company products and services.
• Review applications and offer loan solutions using product knowledge.
• Participate in Branch Manager Training Program and learn lending/collections functions.
• Assist management in daily task assignment to ensure strong customer service.
• Approve policy exceptions as authorized and resolve customer issues.
• Proactively retain accounts via inside sales calls and cross-sell products.
• Support Branch Manager with multiple priorities and reporting.
• Lead the branch in manager's absence and coordinate daily operations.
