Mariner Finance is seeking a Branch Associate in Stockton to process loan applications, present loan solutions, and drive branch sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a minimum of three years in customer service or sales, with two years in consumer lending, plus strong communication and compliance awareness. This is a full-time position offering a competitive incentive and a generous benefits package.

Competenze

• Minimum of three (3) years in customer service or sales with two (2) years in consumer lending/financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to interact professionally.

Mansioni

• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions to customers.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments and daily deposits.
• Meet or exceed branch sales KPIs and assist the Branch Manager with reports.
• Maintain branch compliance and coordinate daily operations when needed.
• Learn applicable lending laws to ensure compliant actions.
