Job summary

Mariner Finance is hiring for a branch-based role in Visalia, CA. The position involves processing loan applications, presenting loan options, and driving sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service or sales position, with two (2) years in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments and daily deposits.
• Meet or exceed sales goals related to product and service sales.
• Assist the Branch Manager with reports and daily operations.
• Maintain branch compliance and coordinate in the manager's absence.
