Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our branch team. You will process loan applications, present loan solutions, and actively engage with customers to resolve delinquencies and upsell our products.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced lending environment with a focus on service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a customer service or sales position with two years in consumer lending/financial services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.

Responsibilities

• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and deliver daily deposits as required.
• Meet or exceed branch sales goals for products and services.
• Assist the Branch Manager with reports as needed.
• Maintain branch compliance.
