CarHop is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Aurora, Colorado team. The role emphasizes sales leadership, multitasking, and hands-on management, with daily customer interactions and mentorship of staff.

The successful candidate will have at least a high school diploma and 2+ years of supervisory experience, a proven ability to lead a team, maintain calm under pressure, and work Saturdays. The position offers a starting hourly rate with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of supervisory/manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead yourself and the team in alignment with CarHop's vision and mission.
• Set clear vision and goals for the sales team to reach targets.
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
• Drive the business through hands-on day-to-day operations.
• Oversee and assist in the sales process and monitor performance.
• Mentor new staff on standard methodologies for improving performance.
• Assist branch with sales, inventory and warranty duties.
