Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales and Finance is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead a retail location, coach a sales team, and drive profitable growth. The role emphasizes work-life balance and developing internal talent.

You will partner with an existing Branch Manager, oversee store operations, hiring, training, and performance, with a starting pay of $30 per hour and potential quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as supervisor or manager.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Willing to travel to other stores to assist with coverage.
• Ability to work Saturdays; Sundays are closed.
• Will be subject to pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and align with CarHop's vision and mission.
• Set clear visions and goals for the sales team.
• Engage and motivate the team to hit targets.
• Oversee daily operations and sales processes.
• Hire, coach, and train staff; conduct weekly sessions.
• Manage branch sales, inventory, and warranty.
• Analyze performance and develop action plans to meet goals.
