Activar Incorporated is seeking a Branch Manager for the Plastic Products Group in Cedar Rapids. The role focuses on directing branch operations, growing customer accounts, and managing inventory and staff to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will oversee inside sales and coordinate with service teams to optimize price, quality, and delivery. The ideal candidate has prior sales and leadership experience, preferably in plastics, with strong communication skills and strategic thinking to drive

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales and leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in plastics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts and develop new business.
• Oversee branch operations, inventory, and staffing to meet on-time deliveries.
• Lead inside sales/account management and coordinate with customer service and other departments.
• Provide leadership in sales forecasting, pricing, and quotes; recruit and train branch staff.
