Regal Plastic is seeking a Branch Manager for our Shreveport location. You will oversee all sales, production, personnel, inventory, and branch assets while driving sales growth and profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication to maintain customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS degree, 5+ years of sales/operations experience, and proven ability to lead teams, manage inventory, and analyze

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of strong sales/operations experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a sales force.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of honesty and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the entire branch and its operations.
• Manage all business assets including inventory, equipment and structures.
• Drive the sales growth, operations, and financial performance.
• Generate new growth and maximize net profit.
• Establish team goals and objectives, measure performance, provide feedback, develop talent and foster accountability.
• Full P&L responsibility to exceed sales and net profit expectations.
• Continuously evaluate workflow, equipment, processes and personnel for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure employees are trained and receive guidance and feedback.
• Lead with clear communication of vision and coaching while comparing results to goals.
