Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for bank deposits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance and profitability.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage loans.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement.
• Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience.
• Process cash transactions accurately while ensuring compliance.
• Manage delinquency and assist with past-due accounts.
• Support team performance with additional responsibilities as needed.
