Upgrade Resources in Montgomery, AL seeks a Selling Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop new business, and coach a recruiting team in a hybrid, growth-oriented role. The candidate will drive revenue, strengthen client relationships, and oversee staffing solutions for diverse accounts.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, a track record in staffing sales, and a competitive, results-driven mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in staffing sales is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus.
• Self-motivated, competitive; able to lead a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits with a consultative approach.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing staffing solutions and deepening relationships.
• Act as player-coach—lead and coach a recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on sales goals and drive branch profitability.
• Track competitor moves and local market trends.
